I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Medical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology, working in Prof. Wei Gao’s lab.

My research focuses on active and intelligent medical systems for precision medicine, with an emphasis on medical micro/nanorobotics, in vivo biofabrication, and nanomedicine. I develop micro/nanorobotic and nanomaterial systems that interact with complex biological environments to improve therapeutic delivery and localized intervention.

Current work includes medical micro/nanorobots designed to address biological and structural barriers that limit the transport and localization of therapeutics. I am also interested in responsive nanomaterials and biointerfaces that respond to local physiological conditions to improve therapeutic precision.

In parallel, I develop imaging-guided in vivo biofabrication approaches, including acoustic printing, for the formation of functional biomaterials within living tissues. This work aims to enable minimally invasive fabrication in complex and dynamic tissue environments.

My long-term goal is to translate these technologies into practical medical platforms for precise and minimally invasive treatment.
